Flavor god seasoning review

I recently gave into temptation an ordered  these flavor god seasonings I've been  hearing so much about. They came in about two business days and arrived in great condition. The price didn't bother me I purchased the combo set, the set included 4 seasonings as well as two recipe e-books. Ive been using these seasonings in every meal for about a week now,  They are GREAT!!!!!!!!! I must honestly say I don't miss the salt and the flavor is great. If you are on a diet or just simply changing your food lifestyle these are a must in your pantry. I can't wait to taste the other spices they have available.

Stovetop Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes


Stove top Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes



Tools

Sautese (Skillet with Lid)
Spatula
Knife
Potato Peeler







Ingredients
  • 8 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Stick Of butter
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1-2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cut up Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Milk


                                                                            Instructions

First cut potatoes into medallions and soak in a bowl of warm water. While potatoes are soaking in a hot pan melt butter and olive oil, add cut up seasoning and cook until ingredients are combined well. Add the strained potatoes and stir well until potatoes are fully coated in olive oil and butter mixture. Add in dry seasoning as well as milk . Continue to stir until all ingredients are combined well and become thick and milky. Cover pan and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Once potatoes are tender turn off heat and add cheese. Leave in hot pan until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with a little fresh parsley and Enjoy!!

2 Week Clean Eating Challenge!

2 Week Clean Eating Challenge!!



         I FAILED!!!! I literally started the challenge and on the third day went to the greasiest pizza place in town I could find! However I know the benefits of Eating Clean and I'm starting my challenge again. Along with the clean eating challenge I will be beginning my weight loss journey to loose 76 lbs !!!! This will be difficult since I LOVE FOOD :). I  will try and find and create the best recipes I can while on this challenge. Will you join me.....again?

One Pot Pasta

One Pot Pasta







Ingredients

  • 1lb package of pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 chopped basil leaves
  • Red Pepper flakes ( to taste)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Shrimp (optional)
  • Parmesan (optional)



Directions

In a medium size pot combine broth, Tomatoes,  pasta, and seasoning except basil. cook until liquid evaporates at which point pasta will be cooked if desired add cooked shrimp and basil last. Garnish with Parmesan and ENJOY!
