2 Week Clean Eating Challenge!!



         I FAILED!!!! I literally started the challenge and on the third day went to the greasiest pizza place in town I could find! However I know the benefits of Eating Clean and I'm starting my challenge again. Along with the clean eating challenge I will be beginning my weight loss journey to loose 76 lbs !!!! This will be difficult since I LOVE FOOD :). I  will try and find and create the best recipes I can while on this challenge. Will you join me.....again?

One Pot Pasta







Ingredients

  • 1lb package of pasta
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 chopped basil leaves
  • Red Pepper flakes ( to taste)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Shrimp (optional)
  • Parmesan (optional)



Directions

In a medium size pot combine broth, Tomatoes,  pasta, and seasoning except basil. cook until liquid evaporates at which point pasta will be cooked if desired add cooked shrimp and basil last. Garnish with Parmesan and ENJOY!
