Stovetop Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes


Stove top Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Sautese (Skillet with Lid)
Spatula
Knife
Potato Peeler







Ingredients
  • 8 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Stick Of butter
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1-2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cut up Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Milk


                                                                            Instructions

First cut potatoes into medallions and soak in a bowl of warm water. While potatoes are soaking in a hot pan melt butter and olive oil, add cut up seasoning and cook until ingredients are combined well. Add the strained potatoes and stir well until potatoes are fully coated in olive oil and butter mixture. Add in dry seasoning as well as milk . Continue to stir until all ingredients are combined well and become thick and milky. Cover pan and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Once potatoes are tender turn off heat and add cheese. Leave in hot pan until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with a little fresh parsley and Enjoy!!
